1st Annual Rumney Rocks Polar Bear Plunge

To participate in the plunge, you need to register by clicking the link below and completing the waiver. You must also meet the following criteria: 

• Sign and submit an online waiver prior to taking the plunge.

• Minimum age of 18 years old to participate (as of January 9, 2021).

• Must be able to swim.

• All participants must pre-register.

• A $20 entry fee (Funds will be donated to Access Fund)
