Run Free: Finding Joy in Barefoot and Minimalist Running
$0.00

Hosted by Deliberate Life Designs

In this class, Adam Paashaus, avid trail runner and thru hiker, will briefly share his personal journey of discovering the freedom and joy of barefoot and minimalist running. We'll dive into essential techniques, proper form, and possible pitfalls to help you avoid injury and build a strong foundation for your running. You'll have the opportunity to practice the technique and receive constructive feedback to refine your form. As you progress over time, you’ll start to notice improvements not just in your running and foot health, but also in your overall fitness, body awareness, and well-being—building a stronger, healthier (and happier) you along the way.
